Welcome to this project on network based scholarly metrics. The essence of this project is that the traditional paper-based article is outdated and is detrimental to scholarly evaluation. If scholars communicate more often, this will help provide an empirical network which can incorporate all kinds of research on networks in order to determine for example how central specific results are.
