HierTopo is an efficient algorithm to design real-time network topologies for dynamic networks (e.g., RDCN, WSN, satellite network). This repo contails the source codes and dataset of HierTopo.

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.6 Run the following in Anaconda environment to install required packages
conda install numpy scipy
pip3 install pygad
pip3 install networkx

Baseline's test file: scripts/test.py
