jsScroll is a small jQuery plugin that transform any div into a scrollable area with a nice scrollbar, it supports horizontal scroll and vertical scroll. jsScroll does not occupy visual space as it only appears on a user initiated mouse-over. User can use mouse-wheel or drag the scrollbar to change the scroll value, it even support on mobile device. jsScroll 是基于jquery开发的滚动条插件，它同时支持水平和垂直方向的滚动。 用户可以使用鼠标滚轮或者拖动滑块进行滚动，jsscroll也支持在移动设备上滚动。
