The classification system consists of:
- main.py: run the system
- utilities.py: some data processing functions
- ERDE_test.py: three different ways to test the ERDE of this system:
- chunk
- sample v1
- sample v2
you can use runme_chunk.sh and runme_sample.sh to run the system.
