Incremental learning of 3D-DCT compact representations for robust visual tracking. X. Li, A. Dick, C. Shen, A. van den Hengel, H. Wang. IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 2013.

Note that this code is not optimised for speed. Currently on an iMac 2011 (i5), it's about 1~2 frames per second.

To run the demo, just run

`DCTTracker_MainFunc`

in the root directory.
