To train:

Delete the pickle files if you need to load dataset and train afresh. Run train.py or ProjectCodes.ipynb (which shows graphic charts for training stats).

To test:

Open test.ipynb and test the models with image files. The threshold argument of the visualise_pred() function can be adjusted too.

Note:

The trained models are too large to upload to GitHub, but accessible under /home/gusliahs@GU.GU.SE/cog-ai-project/trained-models on MLTGPU server.
