my opinion

我覺得應該把bstree.h裡的bstree_int_t宣告給移到bstree_internal.h去，
然後bstree.h & bstiter.h 再include "bstree_internal.h"

execute

gcc -Wall -g -o main bstiter.c bstnode.c bstree.c test_manipulation.c test_traversal.c test_bstree.c
-Wall: 會開啟許多有用的警告
-g: 可以在編譯出來的程式中加上除錯相關的資訊
-o: 編譯
main: 最終執行檔名稱
