2)Open google chrome, open more tools by clicking the menu on the right side of the URL bar.
3)Click extensions and click the load unpacked extension button.
4)Select the location where you downloaded the extension folder.
5)You will a new icon on your menu bar on the right side. Hello is written on it, click on it.
6)Login to all the 5 sites once.
7)Now whenever you open your browser, click the button, you will have the 4 sites you probably use the most. :D
