(multiple) Fix packages failing normal updates and automated checks

Expected Behavior

All packages are expected to be able to automatically update, and once they are pushed to Chocolatey Community Repository they are expected to successfully pass all of the automated checks.

Current Behavior

At the time of writing we have multiple packages that are failing our automatic updater, as well as there are multiple packages that are failing Chocolatey Community Repository automatic checks (validator, verifier and package scanner).

Possible Solution

That is not known at this time, we need to look at trying to fix all failing packages. If they can not be fixed we may need to look at removing these packages.

This issue is meant to track failing packages, both if they are failing our automated updater, and if one of the automated checks is failing.

Please add Ghostscript (Install) 10.01.0 and Ghostscript 10.01.0 to the list. I do not know if this is the same issue but they are failing automatic verification with the new versions.
