Hi Chris,

I am using the function MULTIseqDemux() within Seurat (v.3.2.2) to demulplex the HTO object.
The command which threw the error:
hto_obj = MULTIseqDemux(hto_obj, assay = "HTO", autoThresh=TRUE)
