Code for controlling the an mBot Ranger, with an extra BLE module.
Note that the internal BT module should only have power hooked up, so that it can continue to advertise despite the external module connecting.
Code is contained within cse314-mbot.ino, animate_ring.h, and animage_ring.cpp
