macOS Catalina changes the way the San Francisco system font is rendered in Electron Apps. This extension restores the way the Standard Notes Desktop App looked like on macOS Mojave. It leverages the font "SF Pro Text" available for download on Apple's Developer Website.

Download and install the SF Pro font from Apple's Developer Website.
