@franklin-feingold , how do you like the edits in the Readme file, concerning your suggestion? I was not sure how much of the results should be presented and how deeply this should go into detail. Got a bit concerned that this may become redundant with the manuscript - I assume there's no need to be afraid to violate journal politics regarding previous publication?

hi @christianparet - I really like the README ! It was great coming to the repo and being able to understand very quickly what the project is, description of the files that exist in this repo, and how to ask further questions

Regarding the results - I thought that looked good and gave a general overview of what is in the paper. I think the details you give here a brief description of the verbage provided in the paper. I don't think that should cause a concern
