A mashup of the Adafruit Snake Eyes project with an OpenMV M7 with thermopile sensor

Modified to pair with an OpenMV camera, over the UARTS, which is
equipped with a thermopile sensor. The OpenMV code detects thermal
blobs and informs the code on the Pi; those blobs become items that
the eyes should track.
