Toy project for learning F#/eventually aims to provide DbUp-like functionality but in a way that allows scripts to be defined in a hierarchical manner. Inteneded for projects that have a need to interleave one sub-team's "custom" scripts with another sub-team's set of "main" scripts but want to permit the teams to operate with minimal synchronization overhead.
