Configurable energy supply

Feature request:
Replace the Unlimited energy for constructors simulation parameter by two real parameters:

• A color-dependent parameter which specifies the total amount of external energy to be supplied to the constructors (infinity allowed).
• A color-dependent parameter which allows to set how fast the energy is supplied to the constructors (range between 0 and 1, where 1= instant supply).

This generalization offers a convenient way to supply simulations with external energy at any rate. When energy is supplied, the first parameter is automatically reduced to the corresponding value.
