An application that enables the user to save their passwords for their different online accounts

- ./run.py (to run the application on the terminal)
The program should ask for user's username and password when login is entered
The program should create a new user when register is entered
The program should save existing credentials when save is entered
The program should create new credentials when new is entered
The program should display the credentials when display is entered
The program should end when exit is entered
