This repository contains data and code to reproduce Schluth et al., "Spatial parasitology and the unmapped human helminthiases," in revision, Parasitology. Some files are still being migrated over from another repository or, in the case of some larger geospatial files, point to offline files.
As a note about process, in the PRISMA flowchart (Figure S1), one study excluded at the final stage was a duplicate that slipped through the original filtering process.
