service.py's fetchWeather method accepts a city and returns the api response service.py's tempsort method accepts responses list and option flags for reverse sort and prettyprinting
To test run test_service.py
I feel I could have done a lot more with this, but decided to limit myself because the email said ot only spend about 30 min to an hour on it.
