The initial prototype scope includes:

- Discord bot that manages roles (runner, moderator)
- Voting using Discord reaction emojis
- Web page for initiating votes
- Results page, with filters by runners proof levels
The prototype excludes:
- Multi-game setup
- Requests to add bot to Discord server
