Playing instructions:

Tic Tac Toe App

1. Log in, or register a new account with an email and password.
2. From the Dashboard you can choose to play against the computer, or with someone else on the internet.
3. For a 2 player game, click 2 player. If someone is currently waiting to play, you will be taken to the game. If not, you will see a message that you are awaiting another player.
