An introductory programming workshop, designed for COMP90014 at the University of Melbourne . Based heavily on v5 of the Software Carpentry workshops, but much reduced. Workshop is based around implementing the simplest alignment algorithm: Hamming distance. Also contains a little bit of introduction to the unix shell.
