Make searches for "libfuse" return the suggestion of devpkg-compat-fuse-soname2, or add it to the fuse bundle

Earlier I was attempting to build wimlib from source and got errors about missing libfuse, however, fuse packages were installed and libfuse didn't return anything with search. Instead, I had to find a github issue where someone else had the same problem to know what to install.

$ swupd search libfuse
Search failed, no reasonable results found

we ship fuse version 3 by strong preference... does your application support version 3?
