Create sub-packages

Issue

Difficult to maintain all of the functions because of the variety.

Proposed solution

Create smaller packages that clessnverse would import à la tidyverse. Could divide by goal/user group.

Smaller package ideas:

• clessndev: would contain all dev_*.R
