Open up the org file in emacs, run M-x org-beamer-export-to-pdf.
You'll need a fairly up to date org-mode and a fairly up to date LaTeX setup.
The electronic images are created with Fritzing. Unfortunately the command line options for Fritzing are lacking, and you'll have to manually update the output files from the inputs.
