Poetry version number is in `pyproject.toml` is out of date

The version number in pyproject.toml says 0.1.0 but the latest release is tagged at 0.2.0. Additionally, this latest release is unavailable on PyPI. The PyPI release is currently at 0.1.9 and there are some confusing inconsistencies in using this library as a CLI tool between the two versions.
