Refactor skeleton app and include a landing page

Currently there is no landing page, only a landing dialog. The map is loaded empty on the background. This causes unwanted complexity for features like click interactions and feature property extraction.
To do:
- Create new page
- Refactor components
- Fix styling of components
- Make landing page more attractive/informative
