contains hibernate 5.4.22 examples using MySQL database

The hibernate.cfg.xml present in the resource folder assumes that it connecting to a MySQL database with the below credentials
Database name: hibernate
user name: hibernateuser
password: hibernate@123
In case of different databases and associated configurations. The hibernate.cfg.xml file can be updated to run the examples.
