This overrides the user_guardian.rb class in the Discourse core to allow users to change their username and name of their anonymous user accounts. By default, when entering Anonymous Mode, users are given a random name like anonymousXXXX where XXXX is an incrementing number. To support the use of Codex 'noms' (a feature of the legacy Codex forum), users need to be able to change these anonymous usernames to something they prefer.
