Use Incoming Webhooks to send messages from .NET(any framework) to Slack channels.

##Main Functions ## all functions designed in SlackClient are able to catch requests and return values.

  1. SetMessage : To set the fields in attachments,the App name,the message color line and etc.

  2. SendMessage : To send the Message and retun the result (by boolean).
