Add ability to consume non-zipped nii files

If the user decides to unzip their fMRIPrep images, postprocess2 will not function properly. postprocess2, as a BIDS app, should be agnostic to zipped vs. non zipped. In fact, every sub node of its workflows should be agnostic in this way, but that's for another issue.
