Group Batch Log Outputs

Instead of dumping logs for say, fmriprep, into one fmriprep_logs folder, it would help with organization to make a folder for a particular run, and put all of the logs in that folder. Otherwise one is forced to use timestamps to figure out which logs they just submitted.

The created folder would use a timestamp as its name - down to the second probably. Something like logs/fmriprep_logs/8-7-23T13:19:51.
