USER='root'     //username for SCP
PASSWD='f00bar' //password for SCP
FILE='file.txt' //file we want transfer

Filters are set on line 19 as per http://www.wireshark.org/docs/dfref/ When the script runs, results will be stored in the STOREPATH as x.csv where x is the current test number.

gen_summary.php

Generates a single csv output of the average value for all columns in the results folder. Copy to the STOREPATH folder and run from command line using 'php -e gen_summary.php'. It is important the filters set in test.sh match the filters set in the $\titles array in gen_summary.php
