- Create bootable installer via Windows 10 media creation tool
- Boot to installer
- Delete all existing partitions
- Install Windows 10
- After initial setup, sign into Microsoft Store to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro
- Run O&O AppBuster to remove bloatware
- Reset PC
- Do not connect to network yet
- Enable BitLocker
- Run WindowsSpyBlocker
- Run O&O ShutUp10
- Connect to network
