how to add geom_signif to a plot with multiple legends

Hi,

I'm wondering how to add geom_signif to M1, M2 and M3 between C2, C5 and C8 separately in each plot. I intend to compare p value of M1 in C2, C5 and C8. Thank you for help!

Hi Stanley, unfortunately it is not possible to automatically calculate the p-values for dodged boxplots. Please take a look at the second example of the README and also the advanced section which explains how to add annotations in a plot with multiple facets.
