lowercase cubi

In all repos forked so far, the subfolder cubi/ is lowercase. So, by the "normative Kraft des Faktischen", please make this lowercase as well here:

Also, lowercase requires fewer key strokes, which should be preferred if possible for things that are commonly handled on the shell level.

Usually I follow the "abbreviations uppercase" rule. I changed it to lower case now.
