Carousel (and some other components use) don't work

Hello,
I'm currently learning Angular (then not an expert), but I'm currently not able to print a carousel or accordion.
In fact, it looks like that every components with TS code don't work.
For example the Card or Spinner perfectly works (is printed on the webpage).
Do you have any idea ? I follwed the "Getting started" tuto (obviously).
I don't really know what to send to you to start, but feel free to ask me any file !
