Fix sidebar issues hapenning when changing from sidebar-narrow-unfoldable desktop to mobile

Some time ago I crated a PR (#367 ) which is almost going to be closed due to inactivity in which it is fixed a bug related to the CSidebar component when it is in narrow unfoldable state and there is a transition from desktop to mobile.
It can be seen at coreui-free-react-admin-template.
I don't know if you are working on it or not, but just if any other people wants to fix the bug, at that PR there is a solution.

@maarlo currently I'm working on v5 and I'm testing some solutions on how to fix it.
