This is a java program that can be used to convert XML Style language localization files to the new .lang system.
Args: -in : Specifies the input file. it will only grab input files from the current directory. All converted Language Localization files will be placed in ./out/
An example of how to use it would be: java -jar LangConverter.jar -in en_us.xml
