Thank you for considering me as a contribution to your event. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, I've adapted and customized these presenter terms based on Christian Heilmann's framework. Rest assured, I approach both speaking and performing with professionalism and dedication.

Presenter Bio:

Philip Saa is an American working and living in Germany. With a diverse range of interests spanning from film making to music theory, Philip brings a unique perspective to his presentations and performances. He has extensive experience in creative multimedia disciplines, including video production and web development. Currently, Philip is working as Software Development at Saab Deutschland GmbH, focusing on Frontend Development Web Technologies. My Deliveries at Your Event:

  • Deliver a tailored talk suitable for the audience.
  • Availability for networking, Q&A sessions, and sharing experiences with attendees.
  • Participation in promotional activities such as interviews and press engagements.
  • Sharing of slides and granting full release of any media recordings.
  • Live performance of MC Scrpt with one single DJ. Anything else can be discussed prior to event.

My Preferred Setup For Speaking Events:

  • Utilization of my personal computer with an HDMI connection (I will provide necessary dongles).
  • Preference for a remote clicker and/or monitor for slide reference.
  • Consideration for limitations if a central computer is required instead of mine.

My Preferred Setup For Drum and Bass Events:

  • Wireless Microphone for freedom of movement.
  • In-Ear Monitoring with control on both the mic and dj mix.
  • If possible, I would love to record my set.

My Expectations:

  • Clear communication regarding specifics.
  • Professional stage setup.
  • Professional audio and video recording.

Contingencies:

  • Prompt communication in case of unavailability.
  • Assistance in finding a replacement presenter if necessary.
  • Coverage of involved costs if speaking slot is revoked.

Deal-Breakers:

  • Lack of a code of conduct at the event.
  • Inadequate coverage of travel/lodging expenses (exceptions for local events in the Nürnberg area).
