many times not able to read qr code

I have these codes and almost in 50% this js library is not able to read code.
on the left side is non-readable and on the right side is ok qr code.
QR code on the left side is not able to detect... very strange...
what can be wrong?
(P.S. color inverting is turned on. )

This is an interesting example: The Scandit Library cannot read the two codes either!
