Parklet Block IDs are in the Block IDs spreadsheet Citywide Assessor values can be found on Stae

Set working directory and run the R Script

A sample output spreadsheet is provided to show what is returned from analyzing assessor values. To perform the subsequent years analysis, increment the year in the script where 2017 is referenced.
