Python script to decode UOVision binary files to ASCII.
Decodes PROFILE.BIN generated for UOVision cameras including UM562, UM565, UM595-2G, and UM785-3G, and LogFile.DAT generated by cameras including UM785-3G.
Tested on Python 2 and Python 3, cPython and PyPy.
