Ruby library for the Microsoft® Translator API

Get an AppID from Microsoft/Bing: www.bing.com/developers/appids.aspx
Set you App Id. This needs to be done only once during the applications runtime.
Microsoft::Translator.set_app_id('my_app_id')
Translate:
Microsoft::Translator('Ruby is a dynamic, open source programming language ' + 'with a focus on simplicity and productivity.', 'en', 'ja') => "Ruby プログラミング言語シンプルさと生産性を中心とする動的なオープン ソースです。"

Add tests for it. This is important so I don’t break it in a future version unintentionally.

Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)
