Web Page Building Blocks and Web Site Design

Presentation for Lecture 14 of the 2010-2011 delivery of EG-146. Converted to Showoff and Dokuwiki format from PowerPoint.

Implemented using Showoff and Dokuwiki.

Instructions

$ gem install showoff
$ git clone git://github.com/cpjobling/web-page-building-blocks.git
$ cd web-page-building-blocks
$ showoff serve

Then you should be able to go to http://localhost:9090 to view the presentation.

• The code for the demo website is to be found in examples/eg-146. This is live at eg-146.cpjobling.org.
• The Dokuwki source for the lecture is lecture14.txt. This is live at: eng-hope.swan.ac.uk/dokuwiki/eg-146:lecture14.
