🚀 Poweruser Getting Started
Thanks for checking out Crash! Please follow the steps below to get started in no time! Please make sure you have all the Prerequisites to ensure a smooth building experience.
Installing Crash from within Rhino (Yak)
- Launch Rhino 7 or 8
- Type in PackageManager or go to Tools --> Package Manager
- Search for Crash and press Install.
- Close and Re-launch Rhino 7 (or 8).
- Or Press here
Using Crash
To host a new shared mode visit the Crash.Server repo and checkout the README.
To Join a shared model:
- Type
OpenSharedModel
command in Rhino. - Enter your name when prompted.
- Enter the server URL from step 4 above.
You're now connected in a collaborative session. To commit your changes to the central model use the Release
command.

Prerequisites
- .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core 7.0
- Rider or Visual Studio 2022 or Visual Studio Code
- crash.server
- Rhino 7.21+ (win/mac) or Rhino 8.3+ (mac)
Building and Running
- Clone the repo https://github.com/crashcloud/crash.git
- Open your IDE of choice and run using Debug
- The IDE should launch Rhino

About The Project
