Finish Hotfix
- The finished hotfix will only merge to master (Remove develop target PR)
Start Feature
- If project === maintenance
- branch out from develop
Finish Feature
- If project === maintenance
- create PR and set the target branch to develop
Other project will stiill use normal flow from crazyfactory/gitflow project
