I have some trouble with navbar

Navbar stopped working , sidebard almost work but it is not showing almost nothign .

Nabvar doesnt work when i click any of the buttons .
Console Not showing anything .

Omg , i can't believe this , I had like a month trying to solve this , now it looks like is partially going well ,
because the error message in the console have disappeared , Im so but so grateful with you, tell me where I can give you kudos, stars whatever it's called in this platform , it is working in the responsive mode, but is only working the LOG OUT button that I have added, when I have it on desktop mode , it doesn't work.
