No DB, old-school php, 4 files with code only, including the 2 config files :)

installation
- copy phpCAS in the same dir (https://github.com/apereo/phpCAS)
- edit config.php with all your web applications
- edit layoutchannelpagstrucs.php to set who can see what
upgrade instructions
