cihm-cantaloupe is Canadiana's Cantaloupe configuration.
Expected environment variables can be found in docker-compose.yml. Note the use of the SOURCE_STATIC variable to choose between S3Source (for Swift) and FilesystemSource (for ZFS).
$ docker-compose up --build
